Jesus, let me take care of this one...
Posted on Sunday, October 12 @ 23:13:21 PDT by DancingQueen

Devotions We say, "Jesus, you are Lord of my life", then in the same breath we fret about the loss of our job and where we'll work next.

We try to figure out which school our child should go to whether it's public, private or home schooling. We try to figure out if we should take our house off the market or leave it on. Sometimes it seems as if we look at one decision as more challenging than another, like deciding which ones we can do or which ones we’ll let God handle.

1. Pray – Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

2. Trust – Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

Let’s wait expectantly as we watch Jesus be Lord in all areas of our life.
